 1 cup Pork belly
 3 eggs

Heat the oil to hot then put pork belly to deep fired, When the pork is cooked bring out to rest

Make a crispy fried egg by pour the egg in to the oil and when the egg is cooked bring out to rest

Cut the cispy pork in to small pieces

If you want the pork is more cispy then deep fired in oil again then bring out to rest

Make a sauce by mix
Seasoning powder 1 spoon
Brown sugar 1 spoon
Oyster sauce 2 spoon
Kikoman sauce 2 spoon
Then stir it

Heat the pan to hot then put
Chilli and garlic first then add
Onion next pour a little water
next pour a sauce and add a paprika then put cispy pork next add a basil and stir it
When every thing is cooked bring out to rest

Fried basil in the oil to make basil crispy

Arrange the dish by placing crispy pork basil in the center and toping with cispy basil and cispy fried egg
